Cancellation Policy

CoKiea’s Kitchen — Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Booking Subscriptions begin at signup, with your first billing cycle starting immediately. Weekly Plan subscribers are billed and delivered/prepared for pickup on a 7-day cycle; Monthly Plan subscribers on a 4-week cycle. Rescheduling You may reschedule a delivery or pickup up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup cannot be accommodated — the meal will be prepared and charged as originally scheduled. Skipping a Delivery You may skip a meal or two occasionally. This plan is not built for extended or repeated skipping — if your schedule regularly changes week to week, the Weekly Plan (rather than Monthly) is the better fit. Missed Pickup or Failed Delivery Delivery: you’re responsible for providing a safe, accessible location for drop-off. If delivery fails because no one is available or the location isn’t accessible, the meal is not redelivered or refunded. Pickup: if a meal isn’t picked up during the pickup window, it is not held, redelivered, or refunded. Cancellation Both plans auto-renew — Weekly renews every week, Monthly renews every 4 weeks — until you cancel. You may cancel anytime to stop future charges. No refunds are issued for a week or month already paid for, once that billing cycle has started. Waitlist Subscription slots are limited by weekly cooking capacity. If all slots are full at the time you sign up, you’ll be placed on a waitlist and notified as soon as a slot opens.
